AromaClear will never ask you directly for credit card information. This means your data will be encrypted and is secure. Credit card payments will be processed by RBS WorldPay on their secure server to give you peace of mind and to protect customers and us from fraud. Note that while we take every precuation to keep customers safe when shopping, information is entered at the customer's own risk and we cannot be responsible for the actions of malicious users.
Billing is immediately initiated when an order is placed; our secure payment service providers authorise and debit your card simultaneously. AromaClear does not store any payment details.
Charges to your credit card will be shown as 'AromaClear'.
Your order will ship within 2 days of placing it, though we will strive to dispatch all orders the same or next day of it being placed.
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or a courier, depending on size and destination. We cannot accept responsibility for packages once they have been dispatched.
Note: It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to refund, exchange or resend the order to the correct address at our expense.
You may cancel an order if the status is "placed" by logging in and navigating to the Order Details page (My Account -> Order History). If your payment has not yet cleared, then it will be cancelled. If it has cleared, we will issue a refund for the full amount.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your purchase. Additionally, as part of measures we employ to secure your privacy, we will only refund to the card used for the original transaction. No refunds will be processed to any other card.
You can find out about the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and navigating to My Account -> Order History.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred during shipping, but we can provide assistance if you wish to make a claim against the courier/Royal Mail who delivered your order. Almost every product sold by AromaClear is made to order and as such it is extremely unlikely that an item will be out of stock. However, should we be inundated with orders, we may need to backorder some of the constituent ingredients of our products. We will make every effort to avoid this, and to contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of possible delays.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase certain goods at a certain price. In the event that the price, size or any other information listed on the website is incorrect at the time you placed your order, we will advise you of the error and check if you wish to proceed with the updated information. If you do not, we will refund you fully.
When we ship your order, we have accepted the offer made by you when you ordered, and, providing your order is correct, this constitutes the end of our commercial agreement.
