Psoriasis of the scalp often causes great distress because it is very difficult to conceal. Traditional treatments tend to be paraffin based and therefore extremely greasy and inconvenient to use.

Scalp Clear, AromaClear's treatment for Psoriasis of the scalp, is a non-greasy, easy to use spray which loosens plaques and flaky skin, restoring a healthy looking scalp.

Chosen for their soothing, astringent and anti-inflammatory properties, Witch Hazel and Lavender Floral Waters form the base of this treatment, into which essential oils of Rosemary, Roman Chamomile and Tea Tree are blended.

Rosemary improves local circulation, is antiseptic and has a long history of use for scalp and skin conditions. Roman Chamomile soothes and reduces inflammation, relieving itching and irritation. Tea Tree oil is cleansing, anti-bacterial and healing.

Used daily, Scalp Clear helps to control the symptoms of psoriasis. Brushing the scalp is essential too, to remove the loosened flakes of skin.

For especially heavy build up of plaques, or to simply speed up the process of clearing the scalp, we recommend you first use our Hot Oil Treatment, then follow with regular application of Scalp Clear.

Use in conjunction with AromaClear's Shampoo and Conditioner for optimum results.
